Who doesn't like a good game? Harnessing the power of gamification, Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) in Barrie, Ontario developed a colourful and interactive board game to engage staff and embed its vision, mission and values. The award-winning Mission Possible is a values-based activity to help staff connect the dots between the health centre's values, their own behaviours and RVH's MY CARE strategy. Suzanne Legue, RVH's, Vice-President, Strategy, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, and Donna Danyluk, Communications Representative, will share how playing a game for 20 minutes can benefit staff engagement and ensure everyone – staff, physicians and patients – wins!
