                                      Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or digital communications/marketing or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 4 years’ experience in creating branded content primarily for digitalAn editor’s mindset and obsession with creating clear, clever, engaging contentStrong knowledge of content creation process; ability to conceive and create common, effective content that can be published and succeed on a variety of channelsIn depth knowledge of Google analytics and other digital measurement tools, social media tools in particular, and the ability to analyze the data to improve performance of contentProven success in creating professional branded content for alumni and fundraising initiatives that is compelling, persuasive, on-brand and capable of engaging a broad range of audiences and fostering positive interactionExcellent understanding of best practices and principles of branded content marketing, digital advertising, social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), video and photography composition and production, copywriting and marketing in generalHighly developed story-telling skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling and engaging content for both alumni and donorsStrong organizational, planning and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on several projects at once and manage tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work as part of a team, and to interact with professionals within a fast-paced environmentSound judgment, initiative, creativity, imagination, flexibility, tact and diplomacyHigh standards for accuracy, responsiveness, integrity and discretionOmni-channel and social media-savvy with solid technology experience with CMS, HTML editing, software (e.g. WordPress, Drupal), video and image editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Position Reports to: Manager, Alumni Loyalty
