Senior Manager, Communications

Description de L'emploi

We’re on a mission to bring high-quality, low-cost investment options to every Canadian. We’re committed to excellence in everything we do (actually, we’re kind of obsessed with it). We’re small-ish, we’re nimble and we’re growing. Recently acquired by Canada’s largest independent wealth management organization, CI Financial, WealthBar is poised to reach the next level and we’re looking to grow the team that will get us there.

The opportunity

Wanted: A highly strategic, collaborative and resourceful Senior Manager, Communications. Must be an experienced communications professional who can lead a project and mentor team members, but who is equally comfortable (if not more comfortable) rolling up their sleeves. If this sounds like you, read on.

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications, you will lead the development and execution of communications strategies for WealthBar.

  • You’re a sponge. You learn quickly and are always thirsty for more
  • You know there’s no ‘I’ in team. But you’re also capable of working on your own in an environment with a high degree of trust and autonomy
  • Identifying an opportunity and rising to the occasion excites you. You never shy away from a challenge.
  • You thrive in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
  • You make Marie Kondo look disorganized. You find joy in order
